On existing structure we may remove or side over existing siding, depending upon home owners’ budget and condition of house. There are many options on applying siding on existing structures. For instance, some may need ½” foam for extra insulation or to smooth out walls to apply vinyl siding. We also install new facia and soffit.
Along with new siding the home owner may want to freshen up old windows to give the house a new fresh look all around. We can do this by installing aluminum over existing windows.
